My body has changed a lot over the years. In 2015, I was a signed model, exhausted from dieting and doing endless cardio. When I started practicing Yoga In 2019 & began my healing journey, I was quickly dropped by my agency - a blessing in disguise.
Finally free of restriction, I swung the other way, binge eating daily & ignoring my basic needs. My metabolism was broken, hormones in disarray. All I knew, was either punishing my body or ignoring it, there was no in-between.

Nope! You can do the workouts at home with minimal equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands) OR at a gym if you have access. I'll give you options for both so you can choose what works best for your life.
30-45 minutes for strength training (3x per week), plus daily movement like a 20-30 minute walk. The daily videos are 5 minutes max. Breathwork and meditation are 5-10 minutes. It's designed for real humans with jobs, families, and responsibilities – not people with endless free time.
Perfect execution is not the goal. Consistency is. If you miss a day, you pick back up the next day. If you can only give 50% one day, that's fine. This entire challenge is built on the principle that showing up imperfectly beats waiting for perfect conditions that never come.
